PM Schedule Rules
There needs to be 12 WEEK, 24 WEEK and 48 WEEK PM schedule rules to match 4 WEEK. This allows for PMs to be scheduled to land on the exact same day of the week every time they generate. This makes is significantly simpler to schedule these PMs with the customer and minimizes downtime as the asset only needs to be down once for each PM event instead of multiple times. Add Status/Status Reason filter to Status Monitor
An additional filter for the Status Monitor that lets the user filter by STATUS and STATUS REASON. For example, being able to see all down assets with the status reason: Waiting on Materials.

Updates/Changes/Fixes Communication Improvement
EFP should have a communication board built into the system that lets users know what updates/changes/fixes have been made to the system. Users should receive a notification when updates are made via the system, instead of through Yammer, and a link to the release notes or supplemental learning materials.

Include asset criticality on the equipment list in eFP Technician Portal
It would be helpful to be able to sort and view assets by criticality ranking in the portal.

Add a checkbox in the client that allows PS to activate or disable PMs
The current method of cancelling PMs is time consuming. Adding a checkbox will help identify and label PMs as active or inactive without comprising the existing data in our system.There is no way to identify which PMs the site wishes to disable due to the PM no longer being needed or multiple PMs being combined into one.

PM Cancelations regenerate
If you cancel a PM in either the Portal or Client. the system will autogenerate a new PM for the same frequency. Can we please fix this so when you cancel a PM it stays cancelled. This is creating a big problem in a Sites PM Backlog.
54 votesWe have begun developing the PM Plan Management section of the Planner Module, which will allow users to create, modify, and schedule PMs. As part of this functionality, PM tasks that are canceled in the Work Module will not regenerate automatically.

Need to see work order sub status in the Supervisor grid
As a supervisor, it would be helpful to see the Work Order sub-status (Cancel/duplicate) in the grid from the Review work order panel. This would allow you to see, at a glance, which PMs were just canceled vs. canceled/duplicate.

Need the PM steps, "Pre-task analysis" statement on customer submitted PM work order to include more detail.

Increase PM generation windo
instead of the 28 day window, would it be possible to increase? 90 days would seem to make sense.
