Need Building Location Listed in Scheduling Portal -period capacity
We really need the Building Location listed in the Scheduling Portal -period capacity. We use this column to sort different Asset lines (contain several Asset numbers).

Change WO from RCT to OTH
Work is being raised as reactive despite many reminders that it is not a reactive job. The majority are "Other" as they relate to projects, planned calibration, machinery being removed from site, or moved from one location to another. My idea is to allow SM / DFO to change them from RCT to OTH

Malfunction Changes creating an event
There needs to be an event logged when someone changes or adds a malfunction to a ticket. Too many times has a malfunction been ended, deleted, or started without the system logging an event and this causing confusion on the actual status of a machine and what work was done.

Edit Customer WO details
Planner or Supervisor should have ability to edit WO type/Task Type/ asset for work orders inputted by the customer. Customers use toggles and asset search incorrectly, therefore their work orders do not always get categorized correctly and hurt the metrics. The planner should have the ability to make those edits before the WO gets closed out. We have too many reactive work orders get categorized as other.

Add a Field to show 'Assigned To' in the Period Capacity Page
Need a field to show who the task is currently assigned to. My list contains over 300 tasks and is very difficult to find the task you are looking for as not all tasks have an asset ID. This would help massively.

Text notifications when all parts are allocated to WOs that require kitting
When the SCS receives all parts to a WO, the tech that requested the parts would get an automated text notification that their parts have arrived.

Allow Task Filter by "Kitted & Staged" in eFP
I would like to run a list of task by "kitted and staged" status. I do not see the option.

Letters/words still too light
Please make the words on the screen darker and easier to see. For sites using older screens, the text is still too light to see clearly causing eye strain.

Photos for parts
I think it would be a huge asset if we could add photos of parts to the database that appear where the "robot arm" is located in the parts screen. Would be good to be allowed multiple photos with arrows to cycle through them. I realize this could open an avenue for error but if a process for validation is created the benefits would be great I think.

R360 Support Request link added to mobile app
Add support link to eFactory Pro mobile app so techs can initiate a support request from their phones without having to open a browser, login to ATS, navigate to support page, etc.

PM Schedule Rules
There needs to be 12 WEEK, 24 WEEK and 48 WEEK PM schedule rules to match 4 WEEK. This allows for PMs to be scheduled to land on the exact same day of the week every time they generate. This makes is significantly simpler to schedule these PMs with the customer and minimizes downtime as the asset only needs to be down once for each PM event instead of multiple times. Filter/sort by bldg location
Planner/Schedulers need the ability to filter tasks in the scheduling portal by bldg location. Not having this filter/column available in the portal greatly reduces the ability of planner/schedulers to plan and schedule work at some sites.

Printing Daily Capacity Grid View

can we get this to print more than just one of the tasks for the day for each employee. This would be a nice feature to post the weekly schedule for my techs, but it will only show one of the tasks per day instead of showing all the task assigned to the tech for the day.8 votes -

Staged parts removed from available count.
Staged parts should be removed from inventory availability count. This will trigger the system to initiate a restock based on demand. Also, this will allow for inventory to be staged in reusable job plans that regenerate.

Can We get Asset field listed on Review portal?
When Reviewing Work Orders it would be much faster if the Asset was listed so you don't have to open the record if there's any question upon review.

Edit dates on Containers
Have the ability to shifts dates on containers. The plant we run at has constantly changing run periods and downtime periods. This would allow us to create containers for the run time and downtime separately and shift dates as needed. Save on doing double work from production schedule changes last minute.
