   Need the PM steps, "Pre-task analysis" statement on customer submitted PM work order to include more detail.

   PRE-TASK ANALYSIS
   Perform pre-task analysis before beginning work.
   
   _Am I qualified and trained to do this Task? If not STOP and get help.
   _Review each step of this Task prior to starting job.
   _Do I have the correct tools, equipment, PPE and/or permits?
   _Identify what hazards are present for each step of the job.
   _Can I control each of those hazards before starting? If not STOP and get help.
   _ If any unusual conditions exist write them in the work order and pass along the information to other teammates.
