1. Add Task Type field to the Shift Turnover Report

   I would like to request adding the Task Type field to the Shift Turnover Report.
   Currently, the report only shows the task type or the job plan associated with the task (column tasktemplateID) but it does not consistently include the specific Task Type field. Because of this, planners must check additional reports to identify the correct task type when reviewing or validating the data.

   Adding this field would:

   Improve data visibility for sites

   Reduce the need to cross-reference multiple reports

   Speed up planner review and validation

   Increase consistency with other reports that already include added fields

   I believe this enhancement would make a meaningful difference for site teams when reviewing their operational data.

2. Specific past week reporting on red/green report

   Want to be able to isolate a specific week for the year at any time through the red/green schedule report.

   Hey Rahkimm, If you choose Year (Calendar) in the filter at the top, you can click in a specific week in the charts to the right. This will filter the entire view to just that specific week.

3. Add the field Crew size to Forecast pm and shift turn over reports

   Add the field Crew Size to Forecast PM and Shift Turn Over Reports. At this time, both reports have the Duration parameter but it´s necessary to visualize the number of technician for each activity.

5. Add "Planned Start Date" filters to work order report

   When printing work orders, the current report does not allow for the specific week or period. Please add date filters for planned start date so that batch prints are directly related to the work being done.

   This field has been added to the Task screen export in the Portal.

6. PM Schedule Forecast report

   Please add Team field as a filter to the existing report. For the larger sites, we have to schedule teams separately. My site currently has 5 teams. Thanks.

7. Need a report that will show repair codes with Comments

   it would be helpful to have a report on Repair Codes by equipment that includes the comments entered. I don't believe there is an easy place to get to the comments now.

10. Allow me to Refresh DW.Tables.Last.3.Months.To.Present file myself

    Occasionally, the DW report is not refreshed over night. In these circumstances it would be great if I could refresh the file myself straight from the Data warehouse to avoid having to contact support and then waiting for support to refresh the data for me.

12. Security for Power BI

    Create an interface for managing security for Power BI. This will allow ATS to create a singular Office 365 group dashboard which can be used for all sites VS creating a group for each site which migrates to eFP 3.0. This will drive standardization across the company and allow the tool to me much more manageable as we implement and roll out new content.

14. Our Southwire Customer at Starkville (site 735) requires billing purposes we report consumption of parts by their part number.

    To accomplish this the following tables need added to these 3.0 reports.
    1) The “Consumption by Place” report needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added.
    
    2) The “Billable POs” report needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added
    3) The “Simple Inventory Stat Report’ needs to have the ‘Site Reference’ field added.
    4) The ‘Simple Inventory Stat Report’ needs to have the Criticality Status’ field added.

    a. The ‘Site Reference’ data is in the field name ‘UserDef6’ in the FSM Table named ‘STOCK’ (STOCK.UserDef6)
    b. The ‘Criticality Status’ data is in the field name ‘UserDef7’ in the FSM Table named ‘STOCK’ (STOCK.UserDef7)

16. Please include asset criticality in the shift turnover report.

    The shift turnover report has nearly all information needed to format any kind of report the customer or site needs. The addition of the Asset Criticality designation would be very beneficial.

17. Reports: Add Equipment criticality and priority to Task Planning report

    The new "task planning" report needs to show equipment criticality.
    Equipment criticality and priority must be used to ensure the proper work is being done at the proper time.
    Without intrinsic knowledge of criticality proper sequencing of work is problematic.

18. Daily Site Trending Report

    IT Services requested I'd submit a change request for the Daily Site Trend Report. Data on this report, from what I was told, is including "Canceled" tasks. All information on this report refers to "open". Report does not seem to be working correctly, not giving valid "open" data.
