An error occurred while saving the comment Good idea! It would be nice to have some sort of flag for rescheduled tasks so that we can keep track of them. It would also help for us to filter by these tasks so that we can make sure we document why these tasks did not get completed.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a good idea. Possibly this open text field will fill in a new note on the task itself, or possibly there is a scheduling note field that we can create.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a good idea. It is a little laborious to break out the larger tasks into smaller daily tasks. Our ATS best practice is to break up these larger tasks into "bite-sized chunks" that the technicians can handle. I am open to brainstorming how assigning these larger jobs might look.

An error occurred while saving the comment VERY useful and will need to be included. If a technician is headed out to an asset, we want to easily assign other work on the same asset to be performed at the same time.

An error occurred while saving the comment We don't want to be able to schedule tasks that are waiting on materials until everything is on site and ready to go. This will keep us from accidently scheduling tasks that aren't ready for work.
I agree with this idea, it will help to block and tackle the unplanned backlog! As long as after that task has been planned, it doesn't become marked as "Ready" until the parts have arrived.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is a great idea. This will allow them to filter the tasks to a specific asset or group of assets, then schedule them in batches.

Great suggestion! There is projects currently in place to tackle this exact issue. We are redefining the skills and skillsets for technicians, equipment, and for job requirements. These 3 will work together to specify development requirements for technicians and provide us with skillset requirements based on equipment requirements.

An error occurred while saving the comment I would like to bump this idea again. As we look to drive standards within our reliability program, having attachments at the equipment level is extremely critical. This include lock-out documents, equipment characteristics, etc.
An error occurred while saving the comment This is vital for us to attach torque specs, lockout documents, manuals, etc. to our equipment. This would save us A LOT of time.
An error occurred while saving the comment Can we add a node to the equipment list for attachments? This way we can attach troubleshooting guides, reactive job plans, and important manuals/drawings to each piece of equipment?

Hey Mark, what statuses would you want to see for Job Plans?
