The app and Field Service are already setup with these fields. The categories just need to be added to the TSR.

Additionally - the Travel-Prem, Travel-WkdHol categories need added to F&O.

The workflow that generates project hour journal lines needs edited to treat travel OT and travel holiday the same as travel. (Currently they are treated the same as any other category - it looks up the role on the RR/WO and sends that to F&O)
