    Skillsets will be tied to the skillsets in Field Service. Once a user has submitted a skillset the manager will approve, adjust or reject. Once approved by manager the app would push the skillset to the employee's bookable resource skillsets

    A Drop down will need to be added within the ATS Meeting and ATS Training options to select the state they are in. It should be defaulted to N/A or something that includes all other states.
