Schedule compliance PBI Metric
In the schedule compliance metric, the PMs are not considering as planned task until you indicated the start and finish planned, do that implies a lot of time because in a site there are 300 pms per week on average, and i consider its neecesary the pms will be taken by default as planned task in this metric
14 votesThere are measures in Power BI that already include all PMs as planned. The issue with the metric in question is most likely due to which data points were used to build the chart. This needs to be troubleshooted by the FMS System Support team.

"Assign to" Field
Add the field "Assign to" to the Shift Turn Over Report

Purchase Order Detail Report-Changing format
Is there anyway change the columns around in this report when we first run it?
For example, when report first displays, it would be nice to have in this order: Promise Date, PO number, Vendor, Part ID, MFG Part number, description, QTY, Cost, Work order.I think this will work out better since the Supply Chain Specialist won't have to export the report to excel and move the columns. A majority of the time, this report is used to just see what is on order. Thanks.
6 votesColumns can be changed when running the report through Power BI. Please run the report in Power BI for additional editing options.

Currently eFactoryPro 3.0 allows for concurrent down ticket to be entered.
Since concurrent down tickets are being put into EFP 3.0, PowerBI is combining the downtime creating incorrect metrics. If a ticket is in on a down machine, EFP 3.0 should not allow another ticket with a malfunction to be created as there is already a down ticket active in the system.
5 votesOperations has decided that they want to allow concurrent malfunctions. eFactoryPro 3.0 flattens the downtime calculations PER TASK in order to remove duplicated periods of downtime.. However, overlapping malfunctions are allowed and aggregated from different tasks. The Portal informs users of overlapping malfunctions via the Malfunction tab of the Task, in order to prevent possible data issues.

Report: Add Work Order ID to Task Sub-Type Report the
Add to the Task Sub-Type Report the orders generated from the eFactory Pro 3.0 Portal, currently this report does not show all orders generated, only showing the orders that are generated from the eFactory Pro Client

I would like to have the daily report for site management emailed automatically as it was in 2.0.

On MOTH task make the default to "proactive."

Ability to change compliance start and end dates.
Due to high production demands and only having limited times where the equipment is available which varies from month to month. I don't see why we can't move the compliance windows around as long as they are being completed within the month they are originally due by.

I need to record all operator errors in Power BI
I need to be able to have Power BI pick up operator errors in work orders no matter if the machine was down or not.
Our customer is asking for them every month and when I run my report it's only show two. When in reality I had twenty two.Who can help me and get this fixed?

Add Building Location field to the FMS Report> Task Planning
Add Building Location field to the FMS Report> Task Planning. This would cut our time in half pulling excel sheets for scheduling. We use this field to show the main line asset of sub assets.

Can we get a field for Supplier or Vendor ID added to the Material and Service History Transaction report? I have had sites asking for the best way to run Material Spend by asset by vendor for a group of equipment and having that added field would be helpful.

Change Time for Daily Update of Data Warehouse
Would it be possible to change the time when the data warehouse does its daily update? I have been informed that this is updated at 2am every night (in phases). For some of the daily metrics, it would be more beneficial if this data was updated closer to 5-6am for the daily operations meeting to capture any work orders that occurred during 3rd shift prior to that operations meeting.

Josh Boswell1 voteThe reason that the data warehouse is updated at this time is because it takes several hours for all the data to be refreshed. Doing it overnight has the least effect on users of the system.

I would like to have a scheduled report emailed to me daily at 6:00 am that contains all down equipment in my area. I would like it to include WO #, Asset ID, Asset location, Asset description, created on date, description of problem, technician assigned to the malfunction. I would like this in an excel format. This is something that could be set up in the CMMS that we used in KK (Llumin). Is it something that can be set up through efactory?
