  1. Task Template Step Ordering

    Currently when adding a step to a task template, the 'step order' needs to be changed manually. With templates containing 50 or more steps this can take a lot of time. Could you make the steps 'drag and drop' and therefore change the step order number automatically?

  2. SCS should Not have the ability to make Stock Record changes for sites other than their own.

    Currently, SCS is able delete Storage Bin IDs and change Target Min/Max levels at other sites besides their own. The SCS should not be allowed to make Stock Record changes for sites other than their own site. There have been instances where the SCS thought they were deleting a Bin ID or changing Min/Max levels on the Stock Record for their site but actually made changes for a site other than their own.

    Thank you everyone for all of your feedback. We have reviewed the request and determined that the only time this canoccur is when the SCS has permissions to both sites. Min/max changes will still require corporate supply chain approvals. Please let us know if specific instances come up. We will be performing a review of current permissions to validate proper access for all SCS.

  3. Supply Chain: PM Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests

    Planned Maintenance (PM) Work Orders should generate Part Need Requests several weeks in advance.
    For scheduled work on Tasks allowing the Storeroom personnel enough time to order qtys. not on hand and pick - kit/stage the parts in the designated Storeroom area well ahead of the PM due date.

  4. Track & Notate changes in Task Templates

    Be able to track changes in Task Template in Efactory Client by being able to add notes. We can do this in our PM contracts, should do the same for Task Templates.

    Team, I would like to ask for a feature that would show directly from the Task Template to which Assets is tied to. Currently is hard to identify the Assets that are using the same Task Template.

  8. Counter for the number of updates for a task template

    For the Task Templates, the system must to have a counter option for to update the number of times that a task template is updated. This will help for to audit a site and for to aligned the site with the FMS Sites Standars and Assessment Rev.3.0 in the section PM Improvement / Optimization Level 2 (Excelling) and said: More than 40% of PMs have been edited in previous 12 months.

  9. Status change when using schedule board

    When assigning work in the schedule board, why doesn't the tasks reflect status change. I dropped a task into the scheduled board, and task still shows open versus assigned. Assigned is an option on the task in the portal, but not an option in the drop down menu in the client.

  10. Reports: Generating a BOM list for Inventory Parts

    Sites should be able to generate a Bill of Materials "BOM" report for a particular equipment/machine model. The report needs to list all parts associated with that piece of equipment. We should be able to generate the report utilizing the four digit site#, place ID#, machine model# and/or even by site's asset ID#.

    Planners/Schedulers need to be able to duplicate a task template and then edit the duplicate and rename it for time efficiency reasons.

  14. Client: Access to Data Tables for Planners

    If we knew how the tables and column header names related to the portal and client fields we could have access to any information we need at anytime reducing the need for one off reports being built to accommodate adhoc customer requests.

  15. Client: Schedule board compliance start/ finish time stamp

    Recently it was changed to look up a task by compliance start or finish you have to have a time stamp now. it easier to look at what pms are due that day by the entire day not just a specific time.

    Change back to day and do not require a time.

  16. Supply Chain personnel need the ability to add new storage bins for sites in the Client.

    SCS & SCPM used to have the ability in the Client to create/add storage bins for sites but the NEW button has been removed from our access. Sites in the new optimized portal currently don't have the ability to add their own storage bins so we need the ability to do this in the Client until the new portal is updated giving the ability.

  17. Search function for equipment

    So. I noticed that when you look for equipment, the search function doesnt take into account the asset description nor the description fields. This make it harder to find them. ANY chance we can include these fields in the search function?

  19. Put supplier name instead of supplier id

    When I pull up GNS po's there is a supplier id but there is no name for the supplier, there is no way to know what supplier po I'm looking at. Add supplier name or "translate" the supplier id to supplier name.

    Attachments can be added to any Work Order Task by using the paper clip icon located in the upper right corner of the work orders task screen in the portal.
