  1. Malfunction Changes creating an event

    There needs to be an event logged when someone changes or adds a malfunction to a ticket. Too many times has a malfunction been ended, deleted, or started without the system logging an event and this causing confusion on the actual status of a machine and what work was done.

  2. PM Schedule Rules

    There needs to be 12 WEEK, 24 WEEK and 48 WEEK PM schedule rules to match 4 WEEK. This allows for PMs to be scheduled to land on the exact same day of the week every time they generate. This makes is significantly simpler to schedule these PMs with the customer and minimizes downtime as the asset only needs to be down once for each PM event instead of multiple times.   3. Job Remarks Section

    The original EfP had a job remarks section that would allow you to view all remarks under an asset without needing to open each individual work order. That feature was widely used and very helpful in looking for previous issue, repairs, and machine health trends. This would be useful in the current iteration as well.

  4. Mandatory Place ID entry when creating Stock Count for Cycle counts

  5. Print label automatically during receiving process

    A label should generate to print like a RCV document does to print the part label during the receiving process. Navigating to a report and manually generating is a long process that is not efficient.

  6. PM -> AM button changes labor time field.

    When adding labor to a task after 12PM, if you select the start time and enter the hour then minute then click the PM -> AM button, it appears to work but will enter a different time when you press 'Set'. The PM -> AM button must be pressed first to work correctly. Would be nice if it worked in any order.

  7. Unit of measure on req/po and the ability to issue parts out by unit of measure

    include a drop down for unit of measure on REQ (EA,CS,PCK,BX,LB, etc.) allowing definition by SCS what quantity they are requesting. There then should be a place to define how many units per case and this information should be recorded under the "Supplier parts" tab under the "Parts" section of the system. Once item is received in, you should be able to issue part by unit of measure (EA,CS,PCK,BX) allowing for more accurate inventory and PO receipt relation as well as inventory actual cost on hand information.

  8. PO GNS Receipt Improvement

    When booking in GNS parts is it possible to remove the "Total Cost" field? The reason being is that it does not make any difference to the total, no matter what value i put in this box. Therefore we are all wasting our time every time we book in a GNS part when we fill in this field.

  9. Technician Name Populated on Goods Receiving Document

    Technician Name and Task or Work Order Number needs to be displayed on the goods receiving document in the Client. Currently i have to come out of the Client and into the Technician Portal and find the Task to find out which Technician ordered the part.

  10. Acknowledgment that No Parts are needed for a work order

    It was brought to my attention by one of my technicians that there should be a check box acknowledgement that no parts are needed for a work order reminding them not to forget to sign out parts. He stated that several times, techs forget to add parts to the work order and with the new update, they can't add parts after the work order is closed.

  11. MIN/MAX

    I would be helpful to have access to the parts that still have a min/max that hasn't been set. If Supply Chain could get our hands on a list of parts that don't have a min/max set we could get ahead on submitting SARS instead of waiting for Stock Count or Work Orders to come in. When we enter Stock Counts at the end of the month when we are already busy, if we could enter SARS for items that don't have a min/max when we have down time, we could chip through them then.

  12. Add a checkbox in the client that allows PS to activate or disable PMs

    The current method of cancelling PMs is time consuming. Adding a checkbox will help identify and label PMs as active or inactive without comprising the existing data in our system.There is no way to identify which PMs the site wishes to disable due to the PM no longer being needed or multiple PMs being combined into one.

  13. Additional internal comments after PO posting

    We need to have the ability to add notes to the PO req in the internal comments section after it has been released to the buyer. In the supply chain role, there are often updates that need to be made or specific comments that need to be added to the PO req during the course of the parts/service order.

    Need to be able to track changes (events) regarding malfunctions. We have it happens sometimes when a customer puts in a "down" ticket and then it is magically "up". We need to be able to track whether it was an input issue or if it was changed by someone for some reason without putting notes in. It would be nice to have a definitive answer on what happened to stop finger pointing

  16. Add LOCATION to search options field in Req/PO page of the eFP Client.

    Add LOCATION field to search options area in Req/PO page of the eFP Client. Site 0565 Trinity Rail Longview West needs this ability. They have 4 different Locations with separate Ship To addresses. Having the ability to search for unreleased Reqs. by Location would help the SCSs process Reqs.for different buildings by easily focusing on the Locations they are responsible for. This could be necessary also for other future new business ATS acquires.

  17. Closed Work Order

    A closed Work Order can still be used as reference for the WO field requirement of a GNS requisition - the system shouldn't allow this and when an SCS will try to do it, there should be an error message saying something like "Reference WO is already closed; choose an open WO number."

  19. PM Cancelations regenerate

    If you cancel a PM in either the Portal or Client. the system will autogenerate a new PM for the same frequency. Can we please fix this so when you cancel a PM it stays cancelled. This is creating a big problem in a Sites PM Backlog.

  20. Parent-Child Asset Relation Functionality

    Need to have a parent-child relationship function added to the system. This is necessary for metrics, as if a child asset goes down, that is where the WO is put to. The parent asset is affected as a whole, though, so downtime needs to be considered there as well.
