Time App to submit which state the time is worked for if within the special OT States
When the the work order OT Type is California, Oregon or Colorado the app needs to push to workday which state the time is for.

A Drop down will need to be added within the ATS Meeting and ATS Training options to select the state they are in. It should be defaulted to N/A or something that includes all other states.
