Planners and Supervisors need the ability to change equipment status prior to assigning the task.
Customer submits work orders for work identifying the equipment "down" when in fact the equipment is operational. Planners or Supervisors could change prior to assigning reducing questions about whether the equipment is actually down, ambiguous or reduced. "the tech can't even change to up"

Need an all task choice in the drop down under supervisor assign task. Hard to find items jumping back and forth between assigned and unassigned.

Our techs are selecting "Ambiguous" because it's not reduced or down. The only options we have is Ambiguous, Reduced, or down.

Hello Rip,
If the technician is assigned to the Task, they can change the equipment to "Up". To show that there was no down time, the technician needs to change the Malfunction up to equal the malfunction down time. This will show that there was no downtime on the equipment. Additionally, if equipment is brought down at any time, by a work order, it unfortunately needs to be brought back up on the same work order in order for the equipment to show an "Up" status.
