Add Status/Status Reason filter to Status Monitor
An additional filter for the Status Monitor that lets the user filter by STATUS and STATUS REASON. For example, being able to see all down assets with the status reason: Waiting on Materials.

Make more User friendly Group List
Option to adjust group list to have most used at top of list by as set by individual user.
Ex: -RIW -RIW: Phase 1 ..... I dont need these at the top of my list having them at top pushes the groups i use lower down.2 votes -
Event Monitor for specific days
On the event monitor, can we add a "rule" that specifies what day of the week a breakdown comes in? For instance, if a down order comes in on a saturday can we have a notification but not for down orders on Mon-Fri? This would help sites that have On Call technicians for off hours

No suggestions for RCA
In the RCA portion of the work order. There should be an over travel selection in the problem field. Also something generic stating strictly "Machine" in the object field.

Could you put machine location just under the Asset ID so we dont have to open ticket to find location
We work in a large plant with almost 2000 asset Locations, it would save time and money to add the equipment location to the status screen.
