PM name should reflect maintenance performed.
Work order name does not reflect maintenance performed, only reports Autogenerated Request creation from Contract PM .

In the Portal / Technician / Equipment / related work order , This need to look at the Task not the work order , This way the PM description will show up instead of Auto generation . , Also some work order have more than one task on them .
