PM's should not be in the Recent Tasks page
The "Recent Customer Tasks" should not have the PM's. It is not needed and just clutters up the page making it more difficult to navigate.

It would be really nice to have a tab that does not have any PM's on it at all, just trouble tickets.

Good catch. In the meantime, you can set the filter to CM for Corrective Maintenance or PR for Project to see what work orders the customer put in.

Because PM's are assigned to technicians, it would be nice if they were not added to the rescent task list. It is hard to tell if a new work order has came in when there the recent list has pages of new PM's.
