Part Transactions-Need to Show Work Order
For the Parts Transaction ID, it doesn't show the work order number the part was consumed. This is vital so that we can follow up with our techs. Thanks.
Sean,
On the Part Transaction, there is a field called “Reference ID” that shows the associated Work Order ID. ex. RID:13475. The comments will also say “Work Order Issue”. Thank you.

Add some thing so you can tell if a work order has parts on order with out opening the work order. Something as simple as an asterisk in the malfunction column would be great.

Is there any way to put a separate parts search in the portal other than going into a work order. Something similar like 'My Stock Search' that is in the client. Where is would show part number, manufacturing number, location, quantity on hand.

Need ability to search Data Integrity Escalations by CREATEDBY user names (not last modified by user names)

o System currently shows just the date the technician entered on the WO/requisition as date delivery is needed by
o SCS & RE currently have to go through each open requisition in 3.0 one at a time looking for the part's status
o System should show true expected delivery date of each line item and the supplier name (for buyer follow-up if necessary)
o This would help the RE too as this information is pertinent to the function of that role

Ability to search for a part without having to go into a work order

When the guys order a part, there is a box for comments, which would normally be about this part they want to order. But these notes are a lot of drill downs to get to even see if there are any. Can these notes pull into the req?

Escalations should indicate what changes were made. It currently does not and it is difficult to tell when change is being escalated.
