Hello Kevin,
If you've been assigned a Task, and you are unable to perform the work, you can assign that task to someone else. you can perform the following steps to change the Assignee:
While in the Task, select "Edit" in the "Summary" tab
Scroll down the page and select "Assignee"
Change the "Assignee" to another technician that is able to perform the work.
Save the Task.Another technician can also reassign themselves to your task as well.
