Update requested location for New Part Need
When performing a "NEW PART" need within the tech portal, the system defaults to "ATS" for the location. There are parts that are "CUSTOMER" only. Can we add an input box/window that gives techs the option to choose either "ATS" or "CUSTOMER" for the part "LOCATION"?

When requesting a NEW PART in the portal, there is an option to pick LOCATION, which is either ATS or CUSTOMER. Currently it defaults to ATS. I am at a site that is 100% customer owned. Is there a way to have our site default to CUSTOMER, or at least leave it blank like all the other fields are when requesting new parts. I have reminded our technicians multiple times but we still get some new part reqs go through that are ATS which creates problems for everyone to get the parts on order.

It would be ideal if the system defaulted ownership based on the site - if customer owned inventory, the system would default to CUSTOMER - if ATS owned inventory, the system would default to ATS

We would like to be able to add parts to the BOM manually
