Down time and escalation time have different counters
We have a problem with the programation of the system. For example our client has a production schedule from 6:30am to 12:00 am, if our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30 pm, the down time starts from 11:30 pm it is interruptted at 12:00am and then starts counting again at 6:30am, we dont have problem with that. The problem is the scalation system: If our client enter a WO for a reactive work at 11:30pm the time for scalation starts counting and it doesnt stop at 12:00am, it continuing counting. This situation provoques scalations for high manager levels almost everyday.
