Closed Work Order
A closed Work Order can still be used as reference for the WO field requirement of a GNS requisition - the system shouldn't allow this and when an SCS will try to do it, there should be an error message saying something like "Reference WO is already closed; choose an open WO number."

I agree and the system should only allow open WO to be entered on a new GNS Req/PO for the site assigned to the SCS (or user).
