"Change Over" added to the Customer and Tech Portal screens
"Change Over" column added to the Customer and Tech Portal screens with a "Y/N"
Customer and Operations could filter for Change Over jobs quicker than pulling a report everyday and filtering to find new change over jobs that have been entered.

This causes a lot of confusion for my customers. They automatically select "yes" then the system wants them to enter an asset ID. If they are requesting a work on a toilet, it won't have an asset ID. Then they don't enter a workorder. Change question to "does the malfunctioning equipment have an asset id?"
