PM status change option in planner portal
Can the supervisors or planners have the ability to cancel work orders in the planner portal, either in the daily capacity or period capacity views?
Also, an alternative to "Cancel" missed PM's, since they were not technically cancelled. I don't mind the extra time it takes since it shouldn't be easy. But a better option that more accurately reflects the situation:
Missed-Customer - Due to customer constraints
Missed-Maintenance - Example, equipment not found, low staff, etc
Skipped - Example, in shop for repairs, awaiting parts, etc.
To show in the drop down window with Cancel, Cancel-Duplicate, etc.
Just more robust options in the Client, but still having to do all the front work the same as we do now to prevent re-creation of the PM.
