Parts requsition vs consumption quantity
Parts (especially liquids) which are allocated/used in quantities different than their containers hold are troublesome. It would be efficient to be able to receive quantities separate from how allocated and used. so 5 gallon pails(or any volume) could be requisitioned and the allocation and use could be done in a different qty/volume count.

This would save time and avoid confusion. In addition to liquids, parts that come in packs of 5 or 10 also cause a lot of confusion between techs, SCS, and buyers.
