PM -> AM button changes labor time field.
When adding labor to a task after 12PM, if you select the start time and enter the hour then minute then click the PM -> AM button, it appears to work but will enter a different time when you press 'Set'. The PM -> AM button must be pressed first to work correctly. Would be nice if it worked in any order.

When technicians are putting labor stamps into jobs, if they don't do it exactly in order (Date, then hours, then minutes, then AM/PM) it resets the entire field. Can the development team change it to not reset?
