My Schedule tab to show weekly or monthly assigned tasks
The "My Schedule" tab should offer a full weekly or monthly view of all the tasks assigned instead of only 1 day at a time
1 voteHey Tanya! This option is available as long as you have scheduled work to that technician for that far out. A technician can click on any date in the future to see work assigned to them (if any). Thanks!

Add an "assinged to" in the tech portal. Currently it just states that the task is assigned, but does not show who it is assigned to.

Ability for technicians to be ACTIVE on a task
We believe the functionality for a technician to go active on a task in real time would be value add. Would need the ability for multiple technicians to be active on a single task at the same time. We would like to have this functionality to allow for increased visibility and accountability in driving accuracy with our Tech Utilization numbers. This functionality would also all for a status monitor type of tool that would give visibility to the task that each technician is active on in real time. This would be valuable for accountability as well as for decision making…

Allow steps unmarked in PM Tasks
Allow steps unmarked in PM Tasks - Sometimes there are PM steps that the technician cant complete for some reason, there the system can request a comment or request the creation for FM Task, and then allow the technician to close the task.
11 votesThis is already a feature within eFactoryPro. When inside the PM Job Plan, there is a check-box to make the step either required or not. If the step is not required every time the task is performed, un-check this box.
Thanks!

Bin location on parts tab
In the Supply Chain tab of the technician portal, the parts section should show the bin location for quick reference lookup instead of having to actually looking up parts in the work order section. This is helpful for those individuals that are not familiar with the client portal to find all of the part information there.
5 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThis was added to the new Part Search feature released with the Work Module in October 2022.

Follow up Tasks default to original work order asset
When creating a follow up task on a PM, the asset should default to the asset on the original work order. This field can then be modified, if the asset differs. This streamlines the entry process so the technician doesn't have to "remember" the asset number, search through the asset drop down, or back all the way out to get the asset #. This would stop issues where technicians create follow ups against sub locations instead of assets.

Monday through Friday option for PM's in EFP3.
I would like to have a Monday through Friday option added for PM's . The weekly option in EFP only has a 3 day window. There is no good way to do a daily PM for a monday through Friday work week.
4 votesYes there is, set up a weekly PM with daily checks. This is the best practice and easiest way to manage.

Planned start date/Assign Tech
On the planne/Scheduler portal it would be nice to set the planned hours as well as the planned start date. As well as assign a tech.
1 votecompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThis can now be done in the Scheduling Portal via the Period and Daily Capacity screens.

Zero Quantity
Have a site bin location in the tech portal for parts that have a zero quantity. That way the tech can check the location to verify the quantity is zero. There have been occasions when the system says zero when in fact there are parts in the bin location or mistakenly placed in adjacent bin.

Assign multiple Technicians to a Task
Need to be able to assign multiple technicians to a Task. There is a way to do so in the Client but it does not show in the Portal.

Time editable by tech it is assigned to.
Tech's should be able to modify time assigned to them, no matter who created the time. This would help from overlapping time periods if someone incorrectly inputs another tech's time. A notification about new time entrys from other technicians would also be very nice to know if time has been put in or not.
2 votesThis is possible with the new assigning system.
