Add a Status Reason for "Waiting on Engineering"
We often find ourselves with downtime that is waiting on Manufacturing Engineers in order to get the machine up and running. Adding a hold status reasoning for "Waiting on Engineering" would help us get all of the machines that need engineers to be more readily visible to both us and the customer, as well as helping drive for lower down counts.

Failure Code Update
Currently there are no failure codes related to Washdowns or electrical shorts due to items getting wet. Can we add failure codes to capture this.

Customer adding attachments to WOs when they make them
I know this has been suggested before and the concern was bad actors would add malicious files. I'm wondering if it would be possible to let the customers add attachments in the screen where they enter new WOs and not just at any point in the process. I know it would be very beneficial to our site for customers to be able to enter pictures of problems.

Account Creation Request for Issue Part
Allow authorized users to request the creation of new Account entries for the Issue Part screen, making them available in the Account dropdown menu after approval.

Food Safety Codes
We dont have a good way to track food safety related work order data. Suggestion is to Add "Food Safety" as a subtype, Treated like "Safety." Makes priority of Task 1. Shows up on Status Monitor as top priority for Symbol. Can be filtered in Task Grid and in Scheduling screens (Daily Capacity). A "Food Safety" symbol appears in Daily Capacity so it can be easily Identified. In a separate column on the Task Grid than the Safety Column. When Exported from Task Grid to an Excel file must say "Food Safety" in the column not "Yes", Add "CIP" as…

Job plan steps format the same in the task as when viewed in planning
Text doesn't format the same between the job plan step editor and the actual task steps. A new text line in the planner doesn't show in the task, it just runs on until the end of the spacing. This makes it tricky to see each step as it's meant to be displayed, especially when there are multiple steps.
How the step displays in the job plan editor:
__1. Verify that machine specific Lockout/Tagout procedures are posted in clear sight for this equipment.

Work Order Entry Screen Malfunction Update
Today, when the customer enters a work order on the customer screen, they can very easily miss or bypass specifying a malfunction because the field defaults to None. In order to have more data accuracy, and require less rework after the work orders are entered, the malfunction status should be an empty required field that forces you to make a selection.

Asset/Technician column is needed for the review module
In order to check orders by asset, we require this column for proper identification. Currently, supervisors must open each task individually to perform their duties, but implementing this option will significantly streamline access to and organization of the information.
Additionally, including a 'Technician (name)' column would further assist supervisors in accessing this information more efficiently, thereby facilitating their work and improving overall workflow.

Ability for Technician to search for parts using the "Old Material Number" in the Tech Portal.
A Tech should be able to perform a targeted search on the "Old Material Number" (stripped MFG part number) in the Tech Portal. They should also be able to use wildcards ( * ) just like how we can search for Parts in the Client.

Users can now cancel PM tasks in the Portal without a new PM regenerating.

Can We get Asset field listed on Review portal?
When Reviewing Work Orders it would be much faster if the Asset was listed so you don't have to open the record if there's any question upon review.

work:labor easier and trackable
It would be helpful to be able to see the task description in the labor window and have access to past dates so the technician can have an easier way to find information about a failure.

Add Building Location field to Open Task List in the Work Module
We would like to use the Building Location parameters to filter our task lists quickly through the Work Module. This would speed up our response time to the customer exponentially when asked for specific area information.

Manually adjusting column width every time
After manually sizing several columns in the task grid view to widen them and see the data entered in each field, I find that these same column sizes are returned to their default width after expanding and collapsing an individual task view. Can these width changes stay permanently until manually adjusted?

notes box expansion
expand the Notes box back to where it used to be or bigger, technicians on site are having trouble leaving detailed notes because you can only see a few words per line and it scrolls after a few words making it difficult to reread the notes for accuracy and editing. notes are getting smaller and less detailed because the box was made more difficult to see/utilize.

Reviewed work orders need to disappear in REVIEW tab
Have the work orders disappear after reviewing them in the REVIEW tab. I have to manually refresh my screen to make them disappear. This is more clicks.

skill set assignments
for the skill sets. allow more then just technicians to be set i.e..(industrial cleaner, planner/scheduler, supervisor, manager) as we all have Items to complete per the schedule.
7 votesThese job titles can be added to the daily schedule screen for assignment. If they are not part of the crew capacity, you will have to override their schedule using the Control Center. We usually only want hourly technicians as part of our crew capacity.
