PM suggestions
Replace/repair site glass. Inspect/replace fittings. Look for cracks, seepage, leaks. Inspect/repair/replace guarding and plexiglass. Inspect/replace air gage’s. Inspect intensifier hose (particularly where it rubs on the plexiglass. We should make a sleeve or grommet for this area). Inspect clamp cylinder. Inspect/replace control panel lights/switches. Inspect ram condition (should be 2000 on both sides). Inspect inner lock. Inspect/replace wires (prox switches).
1 voteThis is great PM feedback, but should be reported to the site planner for inclusion in the PM steps. We have forwarded this suggestion to site management.

Edit Work Order
Need ability to edit work orders after they have been submitted. Is status changes from "reduced" to "down" they is no way to escalate the priority without creating a whole new work order.

Bigger numbers
Can you make the Equipment numbers BIGGER. It would help us to identify the equipment quiker.
2 votesStatus monitor tile real estate prevents us from increasing the font size.

Font size Too Small
Now that our plant has Monitors hanging from the ceiling it is difficult to see the Equipment that is Down or reduced status. CAN YOU INCREASE THE FONT SIZE. There seems to be plenty of room to do this. Thank you very much.
1 voteTask tile real estate on the status monitor is very minimal, so we are unable to increase the font on these.

Status Monitor showing equipment "On Hold"
Can we have a symbol or the words "On hold" added to any asset on the status monitor? It would be nice to be able to take a quick look to see what asset is on hold for parts/service/production. That way the techs would know what equipment they can fix right now and which ones are on hold. If they see something that was on hold for a while but no longer see the symbol or words than they know that the parts are here. We put a box around critical 1's and 2's and also have symbols identifying if…

Status Monitor - Scheduled Work Tracking
I would like to see when a planned job has a planned start date/time and when that time/date hit, it creates a malfunction automatically on the status monitor showing the planned downtime/job. I would also like to see this as a different color(green), to differentiate it as planned work and not an unscheduled downtime event.
9 votesThe business decided to not show equipment statuses on the scheduling screen in the Planner Portal. This created conflicting views when we tried to match it up with technician and parts availability.

Visual representation on the status monitor for when a down/reduced asset will be back online
Visual representation on the status monitor for when a down/reduced asset will be back online - i.e. the ability to add in manually or via EFP3 the return estimate date & time that the asset will be back online. Both ATS & Customer will be able to view this information and plan/communicate accordingly via the live feed reducing the need to send out manual status overview updates.
23 votesThe reason why we declined this is for a few reasons.
- Just because the asset is down does not mean it is a priority for all customers. A highly critical asset may need to break the daily or weekly schedule, but that may not be the case for a lower critical asset.
- In order for us to know when the task may be complete, the job would have to be planned. If the job is a reactive task that is Priority 1 or Priority 2, a planner would not be planning that task. We want the planners focused on Priority 3, 4, and 5 tasks for future schedules.
- It is risky to promise a completion time for tasks. Problems regularly come up during reactive jobs that extend the time it tasks to complete. This is why planned maintenance is much safer and efficient that unplanned maintenance.
Thank you for the…

While we understand the importance of knowing the description of the issue causing a malfunction, the task description can’t be added to the Malfunction panel due to column width limitations. To help make it easier to access that information, we implemented Work Order and Task IDs in that panel that directly link to the Work Order/Task records in the Portal. This should allow you to see any of the work order or task information with a single click.

Need more RCA options
Recover Machine or something like that should be a resolution option.

Add all work orders to the status monitor
Add all work orders to the status monitor instead of just the ones with malfunction. This will make it easy to bundle work orders on equipment.

ESM: Auto-update every 5 minutes
New ESM looks great. Would it be possible to have page refresh itself every 5 minutes?
Then we can put ESM on a screen and leave it - will have a snapshot view of whats going on in your plant.Add this to the header section of webpage:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="300">2 votesThe ESM is built on new technology that refreshes the data without a page refresh being required. You should be able to update the work orders related to the respective equipment tiles and watch it adjust in real time.

ESM - Sub locations available in status monitor
In the status monitor it shows Sub locations as a item or asset which gives you a false number of pieces of equipment.
Can we remove/hide the sub locations from the status monitor as you can not show them as down and or pieces of equipment?
- Start-up project mgr
2 votesAfter discussing this with FMS leadership, they have decided to leave sublocations on the ESM. This will allow for future enhancements that include PM alerts.
