PM suggestions
Replace/repair site glass. Inspect/replace fittings. Look for cracks,seepage,leaks. Inspect/repair/replace guarding and plexiglass. Inspect/replace air gage’s. Inspect intensifier hose (particularly where it rubs on the plexiglass. We should make a sleeve or grommet for this area). Inspect clamp cylinder. Inspect/replace control panel lights/switches. Inspect ram condition (should be 2000 on both sides). Inspect inner lock. Inspect/replace wires (prox switches).

This is great PM feedback, but should be reported to the site planner for inclusion in the PM steps. We have forwarded this suggestion to site management.
