  1. Change WO from RCT to OTH

    Work is being raised as reactive despite many reminders that it is not a reactive job. The majority are "Other" as they relate to projects, planned calibration, machinery being removed from site, or moved from one location to another. My idea is to allow SM / DFO to change them from RCT to OTH

  2. Display original job plan # copied from if any on job plan summary.

    Original job plan that was copied from no longer listed on new job plan since planning module update. Before the planning portal refresh, when you looked at a job plan, it showed if there was a job plan that this plan was copied from. That information is no longer displayed. Would like that information displayed in the job plan summary like it used to be.

  3. Printing Daily Capacity Grid View

    can we get this to print more than just one of the tasks for the day for each employee. This would be a nice feature to post the weekly schedule for my techs, but it will only show one of the tasks per day instead of showing all the task assigned to the tech for the day.

  4. Filter/sort by bldg location

    Planner/Schedulers need the ability to filter tasks in the scheduling portal by bldg location.  Not having this filter/column available in the portal greatly reduces the ability of planner/schedulers to plan and schedule work at some sites.

  6. Separate compliance start and finish dates in period capacity

    I want to sort by compliance finish to ensure I catch all PM tasks for a particular asset. The compliance field sorts by the start date. The SA, Q, and M will all have different start dates, but all have the same finish date.

  8. External teams check box in scheduling Portal (Ready Backlog/Period Capacity).

    At sites with multiple contractors and a large number of teams, It would be great if there was an external teams check box that could exclude or include tasks assigned to those teams in the ready backlog. Currently can only select up to 3 teams at a time in the teams filter. Being able to Exclude 3 or 4 teams and leave all remaining teams would be a great way to filter the backlog for appropriate work.

  9. Period Capacity - "PLANNED DATE" Field to "PLANNED START" Field

    Can you please change the "PLANNED DATE" to "PLANNED START" so that i can see if a Task has already been scheduled. Currently it is very difficult to work that out.

  10. Bring compliance start and end dates back to period capacity

    Period capacity is not showing compliance start and end dates. We schedule PM's by start date and not end date. Really need to see both dates.

    Task 4584617 for the 453 betenbender press but is actually for the 444 if you read 444 is not the same machine as 453.

  13. printout of daily schedule

    Need a way for our site supervisors to have a printed list of all the tasks that have been assigned for the day so that they can go and check on the tech's progress. The Today's Work in the Tech View Dropdowns would be perfect but it is currently not working properly to show only the day's work.

  14. Planner/Supervisor/Manager set schedule instead of workday

    Give the Planner/Supervisor/Manager access to change the schedule into efactory instead of pulling from Workday. This will allow the leadership to change the schedules to reflect sooner. Example emergency situations, out sick (especially with COVID). We already have to build the weeks schedule in EFactory we can do the same for our team members.

  17. Printing daily schedules

    We need to be able to easily print the weekly schedule, from the period capacity or the daily capacity (preferred). It would be nice to be able to print out a techs daily schedule as well.

  18. Daily Capacity

    Once assigned in daily capacity task should go away on Daily capacity – too much information on screen on left hand side to scroll through 200+ jobs / Or ability to filter jobs assigned vs not assigned

    Jobs should move from day to day. What didn't get completed on Monday needs to be pushed to Tuesday

    As noted in the comments, the unassigned jobs filter is in place (you may need to scroll down), and the jobs are not automatically pushed to the next day as it was a business decision to align with the WEM process of requiring re-evaluation (as the job may not be a higher priority than the next day's already scheduled work).

  19. New Daily Schedule portal does not identify complete W/O's.

    Daily capacity window in Supervisor portal does not show when a work order is completed. I recommend a small green identifier or a status of the work order to correct this.

    This functionality is possible but not recommended within the system. Skillsets can be added and schedules can be overwritten to those individuals. This allows these people to have work assigned to them without affecting crew capacity. We recommend to only assign work to those that are performing the tasks, i.e. the technicians.
