    Because changes to the Daily Capacity (DCap) layout and cross-screen queue alignment impact core scheduling workflows across multiple teams, our business stakeholders and technical team need to review this together to assess the workflow design and implementation details.

    We are going to table this for now so both teams can discuss the ask in detail.
