  2. Objects to be added

    I’m working with site 065 here in the UK to analyse root causes and breakdown data.

    We have a couple of difficulties with doing so because there are a number of very specialist machines which provide 90% of the product output in the facility. They are designed to turn plastic film into bags.
    the majority of the object codes are listed as ‘other’ which doesn’t really help when looking at the whole asset population and those that are populated are too generic as these machines have a number of components that do not fit correctly into categories such as ‘heater’…

  5. Planning wizard

    Would it be possible to turn the active task while in the planning wizard into a hyperlink to the task. Also it would be nice to see the requestor in the planning wizard. this would help me understand who i can contact while planning a task and if i have any questions

  9. task login/logoff function

    Create an easy login/logoff function for tasks and work orders. In order to show a task as active one must change the status, status reason, and assign the work order to themselves if not already completed. By having a login function for jobs or tasks, the process would be much easier and user friendly. Please reach out to me if further explanation is needed.

  10. Duplicate WO prevention

    Currently, there is no way to completely prevent duplicate WO's from being created. A suggestion would be to have a prompt pop up if a WO is being created on a piece of equipment that has a status of DOWN or REDUCED to let the user know that there is a current malfunction associated to that specific piece of equipment.

  12. Improve customer work order request process

    Have the first name, last name, and contact info do one of two things.

    1) Auto populate based on credentials when a customer is entering in a Work Order Request.
    2) Create a drop down list of names for the customers to choose from at the site

  18. Add cost to WO Information parts tab next to quantity

    Our technicians currently would have to go to multiple reports or persons onsite to find out how much a part cost for a Work Order. When generating cost savings, it would be much faster if the technician could see the cost of the part on the work order next to quantity of parts under the parts tab.

  19. PO's / REQ's In "Post Pending" Status

    We should be able to see All PO's for our Site that are in "Post Pending" Status Without Searching For A Req or PO. I have had a few PO's that have arrived on site that I am not able to receive . I am also wondering if this has anything to do with the New EDI requirement?

  20. Customer Portal: Allow customer to designate WO as any priority level

    I see response to other request/idea about manual priority selection, but we currently have quite a few customer WOs that are currently designated Emergency that do not warrant an immediate response. Would help customer engineers prioritize work that needs to be done, as we lack a planner scheduler on site

    After reviewing this request with the OpEx leadership team, they have decided to continue with the current process of letting the system determine priority on customer requests. If the customer does not want an immediate response, they should not select the “requires immediate response” option when they create a work order.
