Duplicate WO prevention
Currently, there is no way to completely prevent duplicate WO's from being created. A suggestion would be to have a prompt pop up if a WO is being created on a piece of equipment that has a status of DOWN or REDUCED to let the user know that there is a current malfunction associated to that specific piece of equipment.

Hello, and thank you for the feedback. Currently when the person creating a work order selects the equipment in question, the work order form displays the current status of the machine, and if DOWN or REDUCED shows which tasks are causing that status.
