Low Priority Safety Related Tasks
Customer entered work orders for safety should not default to Priority 1-Emergency. The customer attempted to enter a low priority safety improvement and the task priority was defaulted to 1-Emergency. Safety related task with priority 1-Emergency should be reserved for hazardous situations where safety is a serious concern.

The FMS Leadership has determined that all safety work orders entered will be defaulted to priority 1, to be reviewed immediately by ATS and downgraded as deemed necessary only after being reviewed. To change this policy, please contact the FMS leadership team.
