Enable WMAT tracking by adding Substatus of WO
Allow technicians to add sub-statuses to WORK ORDER. That way we can track waiting on material via our powerBI metrics.

This status is already available at the work order level. However, per the request of the product/business owners this sub-status will be moving to the task level, where there will also be a “waiting on service” and “waiting on production” option. Feature #36824
