Tech Portal: Default MOTH Work Order Tasks to EV
As a technician, I would like MOTH (maintenance other ) tasks to default to EV (event) instead of PR (project) when created since the vast majority of MOTH WOs submitted by the customer are EV's at my site.

After consulting with FMS leadership, they have decided to leave the default task type as Project for all customer requests that are not corrective maintenance.
