Reporting: Add Report for Malfunctions
Would like to have a report specific to malfunctions.
Shift turnover report doesn't have ability to track multiple malfunctions on single task. Malfunctions have specific IDs, so it would be nice to have a report that pulls all malfunctions for a given site or asset
