Reports: Standard shift turnover report
Design a page within the tech portal to display a standardized shift turnover report with the option to email and print.
Have it auto generate a list of tasks that had labor time put against them for a set time and date range. Give it the option to add in 'shift turnover' task, notes and a place to manually add in a new task.

All reports are routed through the SSRS reporting website, in order to minimize speed issues in the Portal. We are creating a new report called the Task Event Report that will allow you to see all tasks that had activity over a given date range.
