What would it take to disable the e-mail notifications for work orders it really is redundant for our site.

Donald, thank you for your feedback! It was a business decision to have new work order notifications going out to each site and this can not be customized per site. I would suggest creating an email rule in Outlook that delivers all these emails to a “Clutter” box that you can delete at a later time.
