Shift Turnover Report change
Why has the Calendar function or "Select a Value" feature from the Task Created To line on the Shift Turnover Report disappeared? That gave us the functionality to set our own dates and tailor a specific report. Why the change with no input from the users? I liked being able to set my own start and end dates.
Ray, thank you for your feedback! While we certainly understand your desire to run a report for a custom date range, the report was causing performance issues when ran for an extended period of time. By giving the report set date ranges to select from, we can prevent speed issues and reports timing out entirely. In this way, we can ensure that all users are able to continue using the report simultaneously.
