Task Priority
Please add the option to select the task priority during work order creation from both customer and technician portal.

The business has decided to not allow customers to manually choose a priority, in order to prevent Priority 1 from being assigned to work requests that do not warrant an immediate response. Instead, customers will get asked a series of questions to narrow down the type of work they are requesting and the system will then assign a default priority that can be adjusted by ATS personnel.
