Change Asset Search Criteria when creating new work order to "contains"
Change the Search functionality in the work order generation portal that the customer uses from Equals to Contains. By changing the search function to contains, it will help the customer find specific sub-assets that are tied to a main asset without having the exact wording. should reduce the number of workorders input incorrectly on asset name and also make it easier to find the asset when entering work orders

This change will also allow us to tie our sub assets at this site to the main asset with minor changes to asset numbers, For the customer the experience will stay the same when creating work orders and searching for existing work orders, but on the ATS side of things it will help us pull all of the open work when we have opportunity on a machine by searching only one asset number instead of all of the sub asset numbers individually
