We dont have a good way to track food safety related work order data. Suggestion is to Add "Food Safety" as a subtype, Treated like "Safety." Makes priority of Task 1. Shows up on Status Monitor as top priority for Symbol. Can be filtered in Task Grid and in Scheduling screens (Daily Capacity). A "Food Safety" symbol appears in Daily Capacity so it can be easily Identified. In a separate column on the Task Grid than the Safety Column. When Exported from Task Grid to an Excel file must say "Food Safety" in the column not "Yes", Add "CIP" as a subtype, Has no effect on, nor changes Task priority . Can be filtered in Task Grid and in Scheduling screens (Daily Capacity). A "CIP" symbol appears in Daily Capacity so it can be easily Identified. In a separate column on the Task Grid than the Safety Column or Food Safety Column. When Exported from Task Grid to an Excel file must say "CIP" in the column not "Yes". Overall, need "Food Safety" and "CIP" added in a way that they can be filtered for. New data columns that can be used in Metrics and PowerBI. Must be easily identified on Period Capacity Grid and Daily Capacity and Filterable.
