BI Shift Turnover Report
In the shift turnover report, the object / symptom / problem / resolution columns are very beneficial for REs to build out FMEA analysis. These columns' inputs are generated from the repair codes that techs select when completing the tasks, but there is an option for "Other - see comments" that is used when the standard selections do not apply. If we could have the report generate the comments that the techs input into those column fields instead of just listing "Other - see comments", it would save a lot of time having to go back and manually input the information.
