    Planner Scheduler needs access to the "Part Need Search" page of eFP Client - same as the SCS has. This seems like a tool the PS could use to see aging WOs with allocated Part ID QOH.

    Utilize the following information on the Receiving Document as some of the fields are already listed.
    The Stocking Location that was entered on the Receipt of the item.
    If it was purchased for a Work Order Enter The Work Order Number under WO ID field.

  5. Remove field "Quantity Rejected" from RECEIVING page of the eFP Client.

    SCS sometimes mistakenly enter & post a qty. in the field named QUANTITY REJECTED when receiving parts on a PO. This field doesn't appear to be necessary and should be removed or disabled so this error doesn't continue to occur.

  10. Need Client Access on customer computer

    Looking to streamline customer/planner/technician communications by having the real time eFactory Client planner schedule displayed publicly; a customer machine has already been allocated for this purpose, though I am only able to Remote In to the Client, which is time sensitive and becomes locked out due to inactivity.

  11. Schedule Board Bugs

    Several bugs with Schedule Board
    1. Date/Day field gets corrupted when zoom is changed in Week mode
    2. Constantly getting 'Expected place record with keys place_id=ST0000105678 not found
    3. When i scroll to a Technician it scrolls back to the start periodically. Maybe related to bug 2

  13. I would like to be able to export the schedule board into an excel file.

    With the ability to export to excel , we have the opportunity to communicate the schedule with the team using a spreadsheet and a GANT chart to help visualize there scheduled workday

    Exporting to excel - work orders do not show a field for description of work done or completed date. It would be very useful for analyze effectiveness of repairs from a customer perspective

  19. Supply Chain: Add ability to input additional 'internal notes' to Req/PO after released to Purchasing buyer

    SCS need the ability to add internal notes to Req/POs after req. is released to Purchasing - this would aid in communication and maintain PO historical info. Buyer would need notification of a note being added to the request.
