Should not let techs cancel down tasks
Work orders or tasks should not be allowed to be cancelled when they still have malfunction or downtime on them. The cancel button doesn't let you do it, but if you hit edit, it lets you get past that restriction.
1 votecompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThe bug fix for this issue was released on 05/08/18. The cancelled status is no longer an option on a task with a malfunction against it.

Print post/beam locations on work orders for the asset when printing out a order
Have pole location print on the work order when it is printed. Currently we have to print out PM work orders, then look up location and hand write it on the work order. Not very efficient.

Tech Portal: Change the time of PM 'compliance finish' to 11:59 pm
The compliance finish time for PMs currently shows 12:00am on the date that it is due.
This leads to confusion on the techs part who think they are doing it on the final day of the window when in fact it is now passed due.
Can we change the time default to 11:59pm of the day it is due?
8 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThis issue has been resolved and was released to production last Tuesday. The Reason for Variance field is now solely based on the Compliance Finish Date and does not take time into account.

Work orders on decommissioned equipment and sub locations
In EFP 3.0 work orders can be created on equipment and sub locations that are decommissioned. In 2.0 you could not create work orders on things that were decommissioned. We need to go back to this in 3.0

Tech Portal: Technician assignment
If a task is in any status other than "open" the tech assigned to the task is locked/fixed and you are unable to re-assign the work to another technician without having to change the status back to open.
Please change this so we are able to re-assign the technician no matter what the status is. System should not force us to use standards.

Control Center Actions should be minimized by default
When actions are loaded in the control center, the bottom one is expanded. They should all be minimized, by default, to avoid confusion.

Response time variance
Can we have a required field for reason for variance when a response time is over a set limit? Many times a work order gets closed without all labor and sometimes it affects response time. This would at least force team to put a reason for why the response time is so high.

Expand drop down menus to more users
Currently drop down menus only allow 100 names to be on the drop down lists (i.e. assigned technician under task). Our site has more than 100 users and we cannot select users from the bottom of the list.

Tech Portal: Reviewing PM Task after closed
The supervisor must review tasks, because when a PM was closed with an open follow-up task the supervisor does not see that PM in the section of orders to be reviewed because the work order is still open, this makes it impossible for the supervisor to review the PM and orders in general when they have at lest one open monitoring task .
3 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThe ability to add a task to a completed work order and the ability to review a work order with at least one open task has been disabled in the Portal as of 05/22/18. This will prevent the types of situations described in this enhancement request.

CLEAR FILTERS
I currently have 10,147 Results to view when look up a part. I FILTER fairly often to locate the correct part. It would be nice to have a "CLEAR ALL FILTERS BUTTON" in the Header to instantly remove several FILTERS that may be in place.

Tech Portal: Add 'duplicate' option for Work Order and Task status
Work order status and Task status need the option of "duplicate" added as a type.
2 votescompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) responded“Duplicate” is an option in the Work Order Sub-Status menu. Work Orders marked as duplicate and canceled do not count towards PM Compliance/Completion.

Tech Portal: Work Order Search Sub-Location ID
When looking up Sub-Locations in the Work Order search function in the portal it is shown as a number.
This ID number does not mean anything to anyone as it is a system ID.
Can it please be displayed as the Sub location name text as it does in the Task search function?
1 votecompleted · AdminOldfield, Michelle (Business Analyst, Advanced Technology Services, Inc.) respondedThis issue was addressed in the vNext version of the Tech Portal.

Validation checkbox and comments needed
Our customer, Borg Warner in Water Valley, site 490, is requiring us to add a validation checkbox and comments section to our workorders. This is the result of a customer quality complaint from Borg Warner's customer, Chrysler.
Chrysler is insisting that:
Validation is required when every work is completed on a verification device (i.e. – sensor, vision, etc.) or work is completed on a piece of equipment that adds value (i.e. tooling, etc.) to the part. Currently we are depending on an human to verify this is done 100%... We would like this requirement to be driven by a system…1 voteMeeting with ABM completed. Low Priority Safety Related Tasks
Customer entered work orders for safety should not default to Priority 1-Emergency. The customer attempted to enter a low priority safety improvement and the task priority was defaulted to 1-Emergency. Safety related task with priority 1-Emergency should be reserved for hazardous situations where safety is a serious concern.

ESM: Custom sorting
Request: Please add a custom sort function and/or arrange + display equipment based on criticality.
Current function: equipment tiles auto-arrange based on uptime/downtime.
Business case: the current auto-arrange function does automatically surface down/reduced machines (good), but does not arrange the view of equipment by criticality as well.
A site with a large number of equipment could have critical 5's and critical 4's saturating their view and unable to quickly see uptime of their critical 1's and 2's.
Potential solutions: Would recommend an edit to the display to have swim lanes for criticality, OR the ability to "pin" pieces of equipment…
