  1. New rule in escalation system (Event Monitor)

    We need a escalation rule with Malfunction Type, actually we only have Operating Status as an option, provoking that work orders with Malfunction Type UP as PMs, TR, EV, CM, etc sending notification

  2. Cancelled Work Orders should say why they were cancelled

    Cancelled work orders should have reason stating why the work order was cancelled.

  3. at least reduce the space the headers use.

    Please remove the split screen. I access this site on my phone while on the go, with the split screen, 100% useless.
