    Shift Turnover Report - Adding the Criticality is planned - thank you. Can we get the Planned Start Date added as well please? Planned Start Date reflects both the creation date of non-pm tasks and the compliance start of PM tasks. I could effectively use a single date column for all of my reporting out of the STO report instead of dealing with two date columns and confusing people. Thank you.

  2. GNS PO Receipts need to batch at 11:58 PM instead of Midnight

    GNS PO Receipts need to batch at 11:58 PM instead of Midnight for reporting purposes at sites that need to provide reports to our customers for amount spent in a specific time frame. The current method makes it difficult to accurately report when GNS PO receipts are made the last day of the month but reports show transaction at midnight on the first of the month.

  3. Add "Asset ID" column to PM List report in ATS_FMS_Reports

    Add "Asset ID" column to PM List report in ATSFMSReports.
    It would be more efficient to have the Asset ID showing on the PM List report.

  4. Reporting: Tech Utilization /overlapped time stamps in PowerBI

    In one of the latest updates, i noticed the BI background data has a new sheet for overlapping malfunctions.
    Can we get the same type of function for overlapping timestamps?
    Or more ideally, can we eliminate the ability for technicians to overlap their time stamps?

    PowerBI sometimes reflects over 100% utilization for technicians due to overlapped time stamps

  5. Please consider a dropdown list, or equivalent, to work order review that identifies which organization is responsible for work.

    Our site is being asked to track all physical downtime on assets, and then be able to report out who's scope of work the downtime falls under for CI efforts. Possible examples are "Lubrication Provider," "Facilities," and "Outside Contractor/Services."

  7. Add Data Field "Remarks" to Accumulated Labor Report

    In order to determine PM effectiveness, adding the data field "Remarks" to the Accumulated Labor report will give us the ability to sort PM's where something was found or adjusted, from PM's that were "Completed". The Shift Turnover report does not allow you to pull all work orders that had labor in a specific month.

  9. Tech Portal: Add Predictive Support and Personnel tracking

    The tracking of Predictive equipment cases and personnel is a very manual process right now that involves spreadsheets, SharePoint and Outlook.

    We also don't have a process in place to effectively track the process from problems documented, to work orders created, repairs effected and cost savings/avoidance tied back to the original issue or root cause.

    This will reduce man-hours needed for the current process and improve the tracking of program effectiveness and BI metrics.

  10. Control Center: Add Escalation condition for nuisance failures / high part spend

    I would like to have an alert like an escalation for when a piece of equipment has X amount of failures in Y amount of time

    Or when the cost of repair is above a set amount.
