Utilize the following information on the Receiving Document as some of the fields are already listed.
The Stocking Location that was entered on the Receipt of the item.
If it was purchased for a Work Order Enter The Work Order Number under WO ID field.
I entered this last Nov.An error occurred while saving the comment David Gaylord commentedWould it also be possible that the TECH that added the part to the W/O get a notification that the part was received? Or should that get entered as a NEW suggestion?

An error occurred while saving the comment David Gaylord commentedI think it would be a good idea if the Cycle-Count Sheets Showed parts that are allocated to Work Orders. I know that the Tech's take parts and allocate them to the Work Orders, but most of the time they are not issued until the Work Order is closed. And if you are CC the parts you may adjust the inventory not knowing they allocated.

The Receiving Document should only show the qualities received on the Receiving ID. Such As Receiving ID 161911 PO 586474 I only received 12 pcs on Line 1 and 6 pcs on Line 2. The Receiving Doc Shows 24 pcs on Line 1 and 12 pcs on Line 2.
