   Thank you VERY much for voicing this! It's extremely hard to collect accurate downtime. Our techs are having to enter the malfunction time themselves. ATS is responsible for reporting accurate down time and it's almost impossible with the amount of work orders we receive in one day. Please consider updating this sooner than later...we owe it to the customer. Thank you again!

   Needs to be required for customer to enter their name when entering a work order; otherwise the techs have no idea who to contact or who entered the work order.
