  1. Meters should show remaining service life/hitcount

    Meters should have the capability to show a countdown or remaining service/hit counts when looking at the historical meter data in the Portal.

  2. Edit Part Need

    Please include the "Location" as an editable field; right now, only quantity and need by date can be edited. It would be nice if the location can also be edited because there are times the technicians do not change the location to the appropriate Plant which the parts are needed. They have to delete the part need and re-enter it again when they forgot to change the default location to their Plant location; it would be much easier if it's one of those fields that can be edited.

  3. Add attachment option to work order parts ordering comment option section.

    Is it possible to add an attachment feature to the optional comment section for ordering parts. It would be a great feature to have when providing the purchaser with detail information about parts.

    The business has decided to not allow customers to manually choose a priority, in order to prevent Priority 1 from being assigned to work requests that do not warrant an immediate response. Instead, customers will get asked a series of questions to narrow down the type of work they are requesting and the system will then assign a default priority that can be adjusted by ATS personnel.

  5. Supervisor review WO's

    Under the Supervisor tab, they are unable to view WO's that have been reviewed. Can that option be added to they're drop down tab?

    is there a way to take technicians off the live task grid: example there are four names of people who no longer work here.

    In order to preserve task history, we cannot remove the names of technicians who are no longer at the site. Were we to remove their names from the list, all labor stamps and notes submitted by them would no longer be tied to the task. In order to prevent seeing their name on the task grid, reassign the task to a current technician. This will ensure that the filter is only displaying technicians that currently work at the site.

  8. Numero de Mano de Obra y asignaciones multiples

    Seria muy importante poder ingresar en el sistema el numero de personas que se requiere para cada actividad, esto sirve para poder estimar la mano de obra en las actividades programadas y que también se imprima en las ordenes de trabajo así como en el portal poder asignar a dos personas para que se vean en "Todas mis tareas abiertas" de cada técnico.

  12. Please correct the Portal column names for "Mfr. Name" & "Mfr. Part #" for ATS Part ID list

    Currently the portal has Mfr. Part #s listed in column named "MFG" and the Mfr. names are listed in column titled "MFG PART NUMBER". The column titles should be corrected to match the data per column.

  13. Escalation Notification - Requestor name

    Can the task requestor be included in the email notification for escalations ref down/ reduced tasks entered by the customer. It is beneficial if the technician knows who raised the issue as on a number of occasions those in the cell do not know who raised the ticket; also production might move said operators from cell to another one until a tech arrives and fixes the issue.

  16. Enable New Part button on initial request screen

    Enable the "New Part" button when initially requesting parts. Right now the only button that comes up is "New Service" and you have to start typing in a number before "New Part" comes up. This is leading to increasingly frequent mistakes when entering new part requests.

    Thank you for the feedback! This is intended functionality to encourage technicians to look for parts before they attmept to just create a new part. This is intended to prevent ‘new’ requests for parts that already exist within the system. We have just finished designing the new part search and think this will make that feature more transparent as well.

  18. Shift Report-Add Work Order Status Field

    Add work order status to the shift turnover report. This will be used to audit sites work order statuses versus task statuses. Problem is sites have open work orders with closed tasks, and need to manage this discrepancy.

  19. Inventory control needed

    I've contacted Oracle on RTD solutions via a cloud based platform. We are experiencing some issues on management of equipment in house and could use something like this to track parts/equipment and monitor revenue and expense as we look to provide new services to our client. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. I'm in hope that an account with Oracle Nsuites could be beneficial and a solution reapplied across ATS.

    Briand, thank you for your feedback! Work orders are directly requested by customers, as they represent the work request that needs to be resolved. Tasks represent the record where all the technician’s labor, remarks, and part usages are stored. They are not requested by the customer, but are attached to a work order to provide data on the repair. For this reason, the task grid does not show a requestor, since tasks are not requested.
